HGSA Coach/Volunteer Application
Adults wanting to coach a team must fill out and submit the Volunteer Application. Please contact Megan Surginer for more information about coaching a league team.

HGSA Play Up/Down request form
Players CANNOT play up from Majors to Seniors.
Request form for players who want to play up or down one level. Form must be submitted by March 8th registration deadline for consideration to play in Minor, Major or Senior leagues.

Travel Team Request for Support
DEADLINE March 1st - Each year HGSA encourages travel teams to apply for support. In return we ask that the teams help with various activities during the Capital City Classic. Funds are limited, so apply early.

NOTE: We ask that a team coach or representative attend the February meeting, so we can finalize requests.
