2014 Managers Agreement (PAGE 1-- must be printed out and filled out)
All managers and assistant managers should fill out and turn this in with their rosters prior to their first game to the league commissioner.

2014 Roster Form / Players Agreement Signature Page (PAGE 2-OFFICIAL ROSTER)
This Roster is due prior to your first game with your manager's agreement. Any player not 17 years of age by December 31st will need a parent or guardian to sign as well. Players not available at the first game to sign this form can do so when they arrive in town prior to playing their first game. Please put their name on the roster until they can sign it. Rosters are due to league commissioner by June 1.
