1. Review team contact sheet. Please note AFTER game process.
2. League Expenses and Income reconciliation. Costs for next year include forms dispensed during 2016 and for 2017 (currently $13.97 per team per year).
3. Player eligibility-tracking by one person-4 part line-up card. Umpire keeps signed original and 1 copy for tracker, copy for each manager. Some Managers need to do a better job. Too much time spent deciphering. After this year will go to a 3 part form.
4. Medical excuses - list in scorebook/card only if there? Doctors excuse covers players not there.
5. Field location sheet for new players (next meeting)
6. Master Schedule-one per team.
7. Roster size-ASA 20. Once a player plays, cannot be removed from the roster. Preliminary rosters are due by March 23rd.
8. Only Coffee Cup and Jitters will be informed of new players wanting to play in our league.
9. Go over rules …maybe
10. League starts April 17th; July 3-7 reserved for late make-ups; play-offs start July 10th.
11. League fees due on or before February 16th.
