Mets walk off in the 6th to win game one vs Royals!
Cheers to both teams on an incredible regular season and rightfully making it to the championship! Jaden Lombardi got the Mets going and was hot all night going 2-2 with 3 RBI's and a walk. George Raymond pitched one inning for the Mets striking out 2! With the score tied 3-3 Raymond Murphy came in and pitched a scoreless 5th and 6th inning to give the Mets a chance to win in the bottom of the 6th! Jean Rosario lead off the inning with a walk and pinch runner David Lopez-Ryan stole 2nd and 3rd while game one hero - Kenny Nunez roped a ball up the middle to give the Mets the walk off win in game one! Adam Torres went 2-4 and Gio Gjonaj and Robert Podesta went 1-2 and both had RBI's for the American League champion Royals.
