· The City of Chateauguay strictly prohibits drinking alcohol in the parks.
· Any player caught drinking alcohol during or after a game while still in the park will be ejected from the league with NO REFUND!
· The City of Chateauguay can and will disallow the Ladies Softball League from using their fields if REGISTERED PLAYERS are caught (by the proper authorities) with any alcohol within the boundaries of the park where one of our scheduled games is being played. (This includes the spectator area).
Please note that although we have never had a problem in 20+ years, if you are caught and we have to kick you out of the league – we get to say “I told you so”. “Proper authorities” are the Police or City workers.
