Clear Spring Little League firmly believes that each child who wishes to play baseball is entitled to do so regardless of financial circumstances. 

Our League will not deny any child to play baseball due to financial hardship.

 

Clear Spring Little League Fee Waiver Program

 

To aid parents who may need assistance with registration fees, the CSLL has a comprehensive fee waiver program that covers the following areas:

  • Full waivers that covers all registration fees
  • Partial waivers that cover a portion of the registration fees
  • Assistance with uniforms and equipment needs that are required to be a part of the team and participate in baseball play

 

Waiver Eligibility Requirements

 

Those Seeking waiver must explain the nature of the hardship and/or provide documentation stating the request

 

Specifically, to be eligible for a waiver, the following information must be provided to the CSLL Board

  • A detailed explanation of the financial hardship with supporting documentation if requested. 
  • Registration form containing all of the players information
  • Proof of residency
  • Proof of age

 

How to Apply for a Waiver

 

The waiver request process is very straightforward.  To ensure proper diligence, every waiver request is examined an assessed on its own.

 

The waiver request process is a follows:

  • Submit a waiver request for review to CSLL P.O. Box 235 Clear Spring, MD 21722

 

Terms and Conditions

 

If the waiver request is approved, the following terms and conditions will apply:

  • The player must meet all residence and proof age requirements. A registration form must be completed for the player - providing essential details including address, contact information, and medical authorization.
  • Parent of legal guardian may be asked to volunteer for CSLL functions and activities if so requested or able.
