The league has agreed to use wood bats for the upcoming 2017 season.

The league only broke 8 bats during the season. With all the swings these bats get, that is a great stat. It was projected that at least 12-15 bats would break over the coarse of the summer. New replacement bats for the 2018 season have been purchased and the handles have been wrapped.

 Before each game...It is the Home Team's  responsibility to open the shed and bring out the league equipment. {bats, balls, score book  & catchers mask}

After the game... The home team must put all league equipment back in the shed ,rake around home plate, the pitching area and turn out the lights if used, and make sure the shed is LOCKED.

Per the request of the village of Catskill, please do not leave trash {empty beer cans and bottles} at the field. Here is one way to save face with the village and make a few dollars. Instead of leaving empties in the trash cans,just bag them up and put them in the tool shed. They can then be taken to be recyled at the store. Any money we get from them can be put into the league account.
