Oak Cliff Summer Ball Information
"COME PLAY UNDER THE LIGHTS"
All games at Kiest Park
Season starts on June 27th
Our 8th Annual Summer Ball will include ages:
4U thru 14U for Baseball
9U, 7U, 5U, and 8U Kid Pitch, will play on Tuesday Nights
4U(Rookies) and 14U will play Wednesday Nights
12U, 10U, 8U, and 6U will play on Thursday Nights
Summer Season includes:
Umpire fee, new baseballs, and insurance per team
6 games that run 5 weeks ending with an
In-House Tournament (3 games guaranteed).
Tournament Dates for all ages groups, Pool games week of August 1st thru 3rd, Bracket on Sat. Aug. 5th
(If rain-out tournament will be push to Aug 8th thru 12th)
(4U) D-blast will only play 8 games on Wednesday Nights,
and on Saturday, August 5th.
Schedules:
We can work around you World Series Schedule.
And can make sure you get late games,
if you sign up early, and your teams travels more than 10 miles.
Some games will start as late as 9 p.m.
Summer Fees Are Per Team:
Rookies - $600.00 per team
5U and 6U - $675.00 per team
7U and 8U - $775.00 per team
8U Kid Pitch - $850.00 per team
9U, 10U and 12U - $850.00 per team
13/14U - $950.00 per team
Payment can be paid by cash, check, or credit card(extra fee)
ALL FEES ARE DUE by June 3rd
To secure you space a $200 deposit is needed,
NO space is guarantee without a deposit
DYB reserves the right to grant or refuse participation to any team, player and/or coach.
DYB Summer Rules:
ALL teams must submit a complete Roster,
by June 21st, for approval to play.
USE THIS FORM, WE WILL NEED THE ORGINIAL SIGNED BY COACH
Roster must disclose ALL Players and Coaches
wanting access to field.
In some cases, teams will be asked to play at a higher level in order to provide better competition.
Insurance is included for all summer teams.
ALL Rosters will be posted on our website.
We will not use league IDs for Summer Ball.
DYB plays by USSSA National Rules
with the following exceptions:
D Blast thru 8U - Minimum 10 players on Roster
9U thru 14U - Minimum 9 players on Roster
All players must bat (except 13/14U).
13/14U base/mound distance: 90/60
Games CAN end in a tie (except Bracket games).
NO Innings will start with less than 5 minutes
left in the ball game.
Other Park Rules:
DYB never charges a gate fee at Kiest Park.
Games played on Fields 1 thru 4 - there is NO OUTSIDE food or drinks allowed. And NO Dogs
