The season starts the week after Thanksgiving on November 30th, 2021 and runs through March 15th.  We practice on Tuesday 630pm to 8pm and Thursdays 630pm to 8pm with competitions on the weekends. Please try to be on-time for all practices and scrimmages.

What equipment do we need?

Wrestling shoes and wrestling headgear is all that is needed.  Kids can practice in a t-shirt and shorts, and uniforms will be provided for competitions. We have a limited number of wrestling shoes and helmets to be borrowed.

Many of our wrestlers play other sports, including winter sports like hockey and basketball.  Conflicts are inevitable, and we understand that he won't make every practice or match. No experience is necessary, we teach the fundamentals of the sport and we expect to have many beginners every season. Yes - we try to match wrestlers up by age, experience, and size in practice and competitions so that there are no obvious mismatches.
