This year's schedule will be determined as the season starts - mid to late March.

 As you prepare for your players upcoming season, the following are required:

Girls

• Girls Attacker Crosse (Stick)
  • Please ensure this is not a fiddle stick

• • Do not worry about length, we can cut to custom size during our first session
• Goggles - Required
• Mouthpiece - Required
• Gloves - Optional

Boys 

• Boys Attacker Crosse (Stick)
  • Please ensure this is not a fiddle stick
  • Do not worry about length, we can cut to custom size during our first session
• Mouthpiece - Required
• Gloves - Required
• Shoulder pads - Required - Must meet the NOCSAE standard - ND200.
• Arm Pads - Required
• Athletic Cup / Supporter - Required
• Helmet - NOCSAE approved - Required

 Note:  Attacker/Midfielder (shorter shaft) are recommended at this age, as we are concentrating on skills development.  Defensive (longer shaft) sticks are typically introduces at older ages.
