Registration for Gander Minor Baseball's T-Ball program is now open.  The T-Ball program will run 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00-10:00 a.m., and after adjusting the schedule for other levels, this program will have GMB staff available to coach.  The cost is $90 for the first child, $75 for the second and $30 for each subsequent child.  These price options take into consideration children registered for other levels.  Since the registration for the other levels has already started and there is no way to link the previous form to the T-Ball registration, a new T-Ball only registration form has been created.  Please note the following before using the T-ball registration form:

1). The T-ball registration form only allows one player to be registered at a time, so if you have multiple T-ball aged children in your family then you will need to repeat the registration process for each child. 

2). If you have children in your family that will be registering for the other levels, please register them first using the standard registration form. Once completed, fill out the T-ball registration making sure to select the appropriate fee option based on the total number of registered players in your family.

The GMB executive recently had a meeting and the t-ball program was discussed.  This year, as is the case with many other organizations, there has been a reduction in the number of student grants awarded. This combined with the extra responsibilities that our staff will have due to the precautions necessary for Covid-19 has made it difficult to offer the T-Ball program in its traditional format.  That being said, we are currently exploring the possibility of an alternate format that would involve parent volunteers. Though we can't promise at this time that there will be a T-Ball program, we are asking parents of T-Ball aged children (born in 2014/15) who would like to see a T-Ball program to provide us with the following information:

1). Will your child participate in a T-Ball program if offered?  If yes, please provide the child and parent's names and a contact email.

2). Would you be willing to volunteer to help with the T-Ball program?  If so, do you have a valid criminal record check (required for volunteers who work with children)?  Volunteers may need to complete some online training modules (e.g. Respect in Sports), this will be clarified in the coming weeks.
