Havoc City Elite Basketball is a 501c3 organization under the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). The Havoc City Elite basketball organization (“Havoc City”) is the premier youth basketball program focusing on teaching the fundamentals of basketball.  Havoc City is one of the best AAU clubs in the DC Metropolitan area.  Havoc City creates a stepping-stone for young athletes that want to improve their basketball and their life. Monetary donations can be received through our website www.leaguelineup.com/havoccity or mailed to PO Box 473, District Heights, MD  20747
