Basketball League Rules

The Kingwood Basketball League has always prided itself on keeping the registration fees among the lowest in the state while putting together a first class program. 

Team Sponsorship Program - We are looking for families or local businesses to help in sponsoring our teams for $200 per team.  For the $200 sponsorship fee, each sponsor will receive their name on the back of the team jerseys, a plaque to display in their business and an ad banner placed on our site.  In the last two years our site received over 7,600 hits - from local people who patronize local businesses. Your ad can also be linked to your company web site or to your e-mail. Your banner will be viewed on the team page along with coming up randomly on the common pages. Our sponsor ads average around 1,800 views each per year. You do not need to have a business to help out with this. When you visit a local business drop off a sponsorship form and just ask most business welcome sponsoring local teams especially when their customers ask.

It is our league policy to have ALL of our coaches successfully complete this class.  It is no longer necessary for coaches to attend a class in Phillipsburg so Coaches can now get certified online by accessing the link below:

Heads Up Training

Coaches who need to become certified but do not have a computer with an internet connection, please contact Patrick o'Boyle (908) 727-4699 as soon as possible so we can arrange for your class.  If you are a coach who has already been certified in another sport we can also get you your certification for Basketball.
