The following members were voted in as members at large: a. Laura Ross b. Tara Otten c. Kristie Barnes d. George Lawrence e. Kristen Mrozek Members at large must attend meetings and can handle cash in concessions per bylaws Fundraising 1) Football Cookie Dough (OCT 31) 2) Boys Soccer Restaurant Night (SEPT 28); OCT 7 and OCT 10 3) Field Hockey Purse Bingo (OCT 15) *Reiterated that boosters get 10% of every fundraiser that earns more than $1K *Fence Signs -- $500 for 1 year; $850 for 2 years Booster Fundraiser Paint Night: NOV 2nd – Green Turtle $45 *GT will give us 20% of entrees all day Concessions: *Need additional volunteers so we can operate *We will be open for OCT 16 Fall Fest (Trunk Or Treat)

Upcoming Events: Senior Nights: Girls/Boys Soccer – OCT 6 Field Hockey – OCT 18 Volleyball – OCT 20 Football/golf/cheer/tennis, band, x-county – OCT 28 *Posters are $50 – Boosters will pay $25/Athlete will pay $25 DENA Bowl – OCT 28 Tickets will be sold the week before the game and game will sell out quickly We will have food trucks – Looking at 3 + Kona Ice *According to football coach – JV game may be moved to Thursday to keep crowds down. *We will have a breast cancer awareness table at the venue *We will have towel give away for first 650 students Fall Fest – OCT 16 Boosters will have concessions open and potentially a trunk
Team feedback: Field Hockey – Lakeshore Night on OCT 11 *Boosters will provide free hotdogs to lakeshore field hockey Football – Baltimore TD Club – DEC 10 (1 game)

Reports: Treasurer: By Carrie as of 10/11/22 Boosters: 43,969.00 Teams: 37,108.54 *We have $3,200 in outstanding payouts from Booster fund *We have processed more credit cards transactions in SEPT 2022 than all of 2021. We are at 45% Credit Card and 55% cash transactions with trends moving more toward credit card. *Paint Night sold out in 8 hours – Goal is to make $1K
*VOTE: Board discussed possibility of purchasing Point of Sale system for concessions. Members recommended we get a second POS system *We are buying two systems for $799 each.
Fundraising Active Fund raisers: Field Hockey (Bingo); Football (Cookie dough and Dena Bowl Shirts)* *There is an issue with Web site link for Banners *Cheer is planning on Bingo in NOV Concessions: *We had inspection on OCT 17 *We are enforcing rule that no students under 16 are authorized in the snack shack *During busier events (DENA Bowl) Carlie will assign volunteers specific stations *IT is now policy that Boosters will not allow students to Cash App volunteers directly to pay for items *You do not have to be a booster member to volunteer in the concession stand *SEC asked for recommendations on getting more volunteers in concessions. * Field Hockey brought up sports covering for opposite sports – e.g. wrestling and Basketball cover each other’s sports

AD Notes: (Chris Dyke in for Ken Miller) *Football, Field Hockey and Girls Soccer will host girl playoff games *Field Hockey and Girls Soccer week of OCT 26 *Football either NOV 4 or 5 *Tickets for Dena Bowl expected to go on sale 24th of OCT – 3K tickets expected to be sold

DENA Bowl/Senior Night – OCT 28 *Need Banners and players names from coaches ASAP *Idea is to put posters up in individual sections around the stadium.
DENA BOWL: *Parents will show up at noon to begin set up

Special Session brought together at 8 p.m. Coach Dyke asked for $1,400 advanced from wrestling fund for practice gear.
Wrestling will have at least two fundraisers to pay for events and will also be sponsoring JV rodeo and youth events through the season
*We expect several youth wrestling events March – Stress on Concessions.
Board gave Coach Dyke until DEC 31 to pay back money.
