1.Coaches application are done only online. Click the link below to complete the background and coaches application form.  Approved coaches will be required to be certified through ASEP.

 2. You will need to provide the SLC board with a copy of your coaches certification card in order to receive a gate pass. You will also need to print a second copy to keep on you in a lanyard around your neck as a coach during all SLC practices and games.
