Here are some of the weight room workouts for students athletes that miss the gym due to vacation, sickness, or summer school. I will keep a post every week of the workouts.

Inch worm
10 Walking lunges each side
10 Arm Swings
20 Push Ups
20 Squats
Strength:
5 Rep Max Deadlift
3x Max Reps Pull ups
Workout:
5x
20 Burpees/20 Jump Lunges
Agility: Stairs 2x every drill
Normal (every step)
2 up 1 down
Right Foot Hop
Left Foot Hop
Bunny Hop
Bunny Hop Skip Stairs

$300 for all summer training, games and tournaments (Checks payable to: GHS water polo)
