• $50 non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED PER PARTICIPANT
• $250.00 per player
• (Be sure to ask about sibling prices)

• Practice pants

• 7pc Pad Set
• Helmet
• Shoulder Pads
• Trophies
• Pictures
• Secondary Insurance( minus $250 deductible Parent Responsibility if using the insurance)
• League Expenses
