Christian Academy of Louisville - Southwest Campus ELEMENTARY BASKETBALL LEAGUE TEAM INFORMATION Location:  CAL-SW Gymnasium 8307 Saint Andrews Church Road Louisville, KY 40258

1. No limit on spectators.

2. Masks are strongly encouraged. 

3. We will charge $5 for adults. Anyone 8th grade and under is free.

LKY Saints Home Gym Information Elementary Basketball League Games

Gym Address: Cedar Creek Baptist Church 7709 Bardstown Rd Louisville, KY 40291

**The gym is the back building on the property**

Gate/Admission: $5/Adults $3/Seniors and Students 10 and under free

Gate is CASH or PAYPAL (scan QR code at gate)

Concessions: Our concession stand will be open and selling snack and meal items during all games. Concessions is CASH or PAYPAL with a minimum purchase of $5 (scan QR code at gate).

Locker Rooms: LKY does not provide locker rooms for elementary teams. 

1) We will be taking cash at the gate and offer online ticketing. It is $4 for anyone over the age of 10 for any game.  Here is the link for online ticketing through GoFan. 

2) Gates will open 30 minutes before the scheduled contest  

3) Concession Stand will be available during the games. KCD Concession Stand is CASH ONLY  

• Doors open at 8:30 am
• Admission is $3
• Enter through Door 13
• Hand sanitizer stations are set up throughout the facility
• Concessions will be available
• We will have warm-up balls available

 Game Admission at CAL $5.00 adult. $4.00 seniors. Students are free. CASH Only please.

Louisville Collegiate

• Entrance is at the Ray Ave. parking lot
• Admission: $4 (10 and under are free)
• All spectators and coaches must be masked at all times
• Players actively participating do not need to wear masks. Those on the bench during the game should have a mask on. This is consistent with KHSAA recommendations. 

PORTLAND CHRISTIAN SCHOOL 

-Admission: $4 adults/$3 seniors/$2 Students; Under 10 free

-Student-Athletes should already be dressed and ready for competition upon arrival. Locker rooms will not be provided, including halftime. 

 - There will no water jugs or towels provided. All athletes should bring their own.

*All fans must be masked.

*Players must be masked when not in the game on the bench.

*Coaches must be masked all times as well. 

WHITEFIELD ACADEMY

7711 Fegenbush Lane; Louisville, KY 40228

*Enter the building at Entrance 1 (facing Waterson Trail). 

*Admission: $5 adults/$4 seniors/$3 students (under 10 free).  Cash or card at the gate.

*Games will also be available to be streamed through the NFHS network

*Visiting team will be seated on the bench closest to the entry point (unless playing Whitefield).

*Do not bring basketballs into the building. Warm-up and game balls will be provided by Whitefield Academy.

*A locker room will be available upon request. 

*Participants are to bring their own water bottles. There is a water bottle filler on the water fountain by the restrooms and will be coolers to refill bottles.

*Only official game personnel will be allowed at the score table. This includes the scorebook keeper, the clock keeper, and the announcer. Whitefield Academy will supply this personnel in most instances.

*Parents please supervise children at all times while in the building.  There is to be no running on the track during games.

-Home team is indicated on the website schedule.  Home team should wear white.

-Jerseys should be numbered with no digit above the number 5. 

-Shirts worn under the jersey should be of a matching color. 

-Shorts may be a different color of the jersey, but should match in color throughout the team.

-Players may not wear jewelry of any kind.

-Players considered out of uniform may not be allowed to enter the game. Teams considered out of uniform may be assessed a technical foul.
