Volunteer Application for Parents & Relatives & Caregivers
Everyone who volunteers in any capacity throughout the season has to submit the Volunteer Application for Parents & Relatives & Caregivers. Once you have filled out the application, print it out, sign all three forms, and attach a copy of a valid photo ID.
The instructions on the form say to return the entire packet to the NHS Main Office, however, our Athletics Director suggests that it would be best for them to be dropped off with ASB Secretary, Charlene Jones. Her office is on the first floor near the Main Gym.
Parents & Relatives & Caregivers do not need to make a special trip to the school to deliver the completed form. It’s okay for us to have our kids drop them off on our behalf.
