AAU Boys Basketball NWJ Blaze competes at the 2008 AAU 12:U Division I National Championships located in Hampton, Virginia. NWJ Blaze received its National Division I Bid from reaching the finals of the Connecticut Super Regional Championship "Battle in the Pitt" at Sacred Heart University.
2009 NWJ Blaze 13:U boys basketball team received its National Division II Bid from reaching the quarter finals of the Division I Capital Events Super Regional in Maryland on March 7-8 2009.
2009 NWJ Blaze 13:U boys basketball team received AAU Silver Medals and another DII Nationals Bid as finalist runner-up in the Connecticut AAU DII Super Regional Championship. Going 3-0 in Pool Play and losing in the Championship game-finals to NY EMPIRE SELECT. NY EMPIRE SELECT reached the Elite 8 of the Classic Tournament at DII Nationals in 2008.
2010 NWJ Blaze 14:U boys basketball team received a Division I & II Nationals Bid as semi-finalist in the New Haven Connecticut AAU 14 Team DI/II Super Regional Championship. 2010 Nationals are held at ESPN Wide World of Sports, Lake Buena Vista Florida.
2011 NWJ Blaze 15:U boys basketball team received three Division I National Bids from being Champions of the Lakewood AAU Super Regional in Lakewood, NJ, finishing 2-1 in the Maryland Oxon Hill DI Super Regional and finishing 2nd in Pool Play in the NJAAU State Tournament DI. 2011 Nationals were held in Little Rock, Arkansas.
2011 NWJ Blaze 16:U boys basketball team received a Division I & II National Bids from being Runner-up in the Lakewood AAU Super Regional and a semi-finalist in the Lehigh Valley AAU Super Regional. 2011 Nationals were held at ESPN Wide World of Sports, Lake Buena Vista Florida.
