    Our Vision
We envision a future which offers people everywhere the opportunity to discover, learn, participate in, enjoy, and ultimately embrace the shared passion of the lacrosse experience.

US Lacrosse is the national governing body of men's and women's lacrosse, primarily serving the youth game. It provides a leadership role in virtually every aspect of the game, boasts 67 chapters throughout the United States, and offers programs and services to inspire participation while protecting the integrity of the sport.

US Lacrosse provides a standardized lacrosse curriculum for physical education programs, as well as standardized certification and training programs for coaches and officials. Through its Sport Science and Safety Committee, US Lacrosse has funded hundreds of thousands of dollars of sport safety research in areas of concern to the lacrosse community.

US Lacrosse policy is determined by a national board of directors, the officers of which meet monthly to monitor the progress of the organization. Nine board committees have a comprehensive responsibility for strategy, planning and design of initiatives with direct board access for support and approval. These committees are Executive, Board Development, Strategic Planning, Sport Development, Women's Game, Men's Game, Finance, Human Resources and Regional Chapters.

The US Lacrosse national headquarters (pictured at right) is located in Baltimore, and features a three-story administrative center, as well as the sport's national archives, The Lacrosse Museum and National Hall of Fame.
