From 17 South
1. Take NJ-17 South towards Rutherford.
2. Take Service Road exit (stay right) through the yield sign to traffic light.
3. At traffic light make a left onto Orient Way.
4. Follow Orient Way over the overpass (for Route 3) through the first light
(7 eleven on right side and cemetery on left).
5. The second light will be Valley Brook Ave but do not turn at this light, continue to the next street (New Jersey Ave) and make a right.
6. Follow New Jersey Ave and just before the next light Sacred Heart Gym and parking lot is on the right hand side. Turn into parking lot.

From Route 3 East
1. Follow Route 3 West past Meadowlands Stadium to the Ridge Road exit.
2. At the top of the ramp make a left onto Ridge Road.
3. Follow Ridge Road past Valley Brook Ave and make a left onto New Jersey Ave.
(There is a Wendy’s between Valley Brook Ave and New Jersey Ave)
4. Sacred Heart Gym and parking lot is on the left.

From Route 3 West
1. Follow Route 3 East toward Lyndhurst.
2. Take the exit for Park Ave/Riverside.
3. Make a left at the stop sign.
4. Follow 17S to Ridge Road and make a right.
5. Follow Ridge Road past Valley Brook Ave and make a left onto New Jersey Ave.
(There is a Wendy’s between Valley Brook Ave and New Jersey Ave)
6. Sacred Heart Gym and parking lot is on the left.
