Clifton Commons

Clifton Park Baseball's main fields are located at Clifton Commons off Vischer Ferry Road. To get to the fields from the Northway (I-87), take exit 9 (Route 146). Take Route 146 west for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left on Vischer Ferry Road and go approximately 0.5 miles. Turn left to enter Clifton Common. You will pass the soccer fields, hockey rink and playground before getting to the baseball fields, which are on the right hand side of the access road/parking lot.
