North Bay is located on the eastern shore of Lake Nipissing at the intersection of Hwy-11 and Hwy-17 in northeast Ontario, approx. 350 km west of Ottawa, and approx. 350 km north of Toronto.

From Hwy-11 Southbound: South on Hwy-11 to Cassells St./Hwy-63. West on Cassells St./Hwy-63 to Chippewa St. South (left) on Chippewa to North Bay Memorial Gardens. Arena is on the left side of the road.

From Hwy-11 Northbound: North on Hwy-11 to Fisher St./Hwy17B. West on Fisher St./Hwy-17B to Chippewa St. North (right) on Chippewa to North Bay Memorial Gardens. Arena is on the right side of the road.
