Meyer Middleton Field (CIT)
New fields off Ewing Rd
Meyer Middleton Park:
The road down to Meyer Middleton, Ewing Rd, is closed. There are 2 ways to get to the field. Instead of turning on Grandview off of Crafton Blvd and then turning down Ewing instead turn down Hawthorne off of Crafton Blvd (I believe 3 streets away from Grandview), follow Hawthorne to the bottom and turn left on Woodlawn and then right on Chartiers. Follow Chartiers, you will see the busway on your left, continue on Chartiers and turn right on Fountain St. Follow Fountain and it will turn into Ewing and then follow Ewing and turn left into Meyer Middleton Park just before the road closure. The other way is :
ALTERNATE FROM PARKWAY WEST:
From Pittsburgh, take Green Tree exit, stay to left of offramp, turn left on Mansfield. At light, turn right on Poplar to bottom of hill to Noblestown Rd (just past McDonald's).
From Airport heading toward Pittsburgh, take Green Tree exit, stay to left. At light at top of ramp, turn left, crossover Parkway to next light. Turn left down Mansfield. At light, turn right on Poplar to bottom of hill to Noblestown Rd (just past McDonald's).
Now . . . From McDonald's/BP light, turn left on Noblestown Road. Pass Noble Manor Lanes on your right. Continue straight and wind along until road begins to descend. Watch on your right for Morange Road with a sign for St. Paul's Seminary and/or Bishop Canevin High School. Turn right onto Morange Road, continue down hill past Canevin to stop sign at underpass of West Busway. Turn left on Chartiers; then turn right on Fountain Street. Continue through two stop signs. At Promenade Street, Fountain will become Ewing Road. Continue until your left turn onto Jerry James Way, at the Meyer & Middleton Park
or:
Take Windgap Ave and follow to Berry St. Turn right on Berry St and then left on Prospect and follow to Ingram Ave. Follow Ingram Ave to Crafton Ingram Shopping Ctr. Pass Crafton Field and turn right on Steuben St. Turn left on Duncan and then left up Crafton Blvd and then right on Hawthorne. Follow directions above from there.
From Coraopolis: Follow Rt 51 thru McKees Rocks to Chartiers Ave. Go right on Chartiers Ave and turn left on Windgap and follow directions above
