1. Every player bats once per inning

2. Head coach must be behind home plate

3. Max of 4 coaches on field for both sides

4. Bats MUST be kept separate from children

5. Coaches are the umpires-remember we are dealing with 3 and 4 year olds

6. No scorekeeping-instructional league only

7. No arguing period-non competitive league

8. Ball must cross foul line for player to advance.  They get 6 tries to put the ball into play.

9. If player gets out on first, then they may still run the bases to home

10. Pitcher must be in circle

11. All players must wear helmet and pitcher must have face mask

12. All defensive player must stay behind defensive line
