Winter League 2025
The Jr. NBA and Jr.WNBA is the official youth basketball program of the NBA. The Jr. NBA league is designed to help encourage and support youth basketball at the grassroots level and improve the overall youth basketball experience. The Jr. NBA league aims to develop a lifelong passion for the game of basketball in boys and girls age 6 thru 13 by teaching the fundamentals of the sport while installing core values including team work, respect and sportsmanship.

Our league is a competitive recreational league with playoffs, Allstar games and championship games, no AAU player please. All games are played on Saturdays @ an MISD facility.

1st Session - Division 1 Ages - 7 thru 9
2nd Session - Division 2 Ages - 10 thru 12
League Practice Location
Conditioning camp Dec 19th 6:00pm . Practices will resume after the holidays on Saturday Januray 4th and continue Thursday nights during the season. Coaches may set up individual practices with their teams. Practice schedule will be provided. Due to the high cost of gym space the league will have a fundraiser to off set the cost of gymnasium rentals for practice.

Championship Tournament
All team are seeded according to their regular season standings into a single elimination tournament bracket to crown a champion in each division
Teams
Players are add onto teams via draft according to their skill level. Late players are added to teams the same way.
Awards
All participants receive a participation award. Championship Teams receive a Championship Trophy and the Player receive championship rings in each division.
