Summer League June 6th - August 29th

Thursday Nights Tee Times from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

18 Hole Event Dates: June 15, 29 July 4th, 27th, August 24th

Registration deadline is Tuesday nights at 7 PM. 

2024 League Fee: $80.00 paid in cash or check to Crossover Sports will be due on your 1st week of play. 

WEEKLY FEES:

$45 for individuals under 60 

$35 for individuals 60 and older

$10 for prize fund 

$5 for skins (optional) 

SCORING SYSTEM

A modified Stableford points scoring system will be used for scoring. Each player will be required to accumulate a specific amount of points based on their handicap. The goal each week is to meet or exceed your target points. For example in Week 1 the number of points you are responsible for will be derived from 75 % of your handicap. For example, 75% of a 10 handicap is 8(rounded up). 36 -8 - 28 pts. Divide by 2 for a 9 holes - 14 pts. This person would be responsible for 14 points.

When keeping your score for the golf league we only need your POINTS on your score cards. EX: 1 2 4 6 X

WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING SCORE CARDS THAT HAVE YOUR SCORE ON THE CARDS.

Scoring: Bogey = 1 point
Par = 2 points
Birdie = 4 points
Eagle = 6 points
Double Eagle = 8 points


TARGET POINTS ADJUSTMENT

The number of points you are responsible for each week will be adjusted based on your previous weeks performance.

2023 UPDATED point goal adjustment change:

-2 or more goes down 1

-1.5 or -1 down 0.5

-0.5 or E stays same

+0.5 or +1 up 0.5

+1.5 or +2 up 1

+2.5 or +3 up 1.5

and continues up as your points increase.

General Rules:

MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO PARTICIPATE

All participants under the age of 60 must play from the BLUE TEES.

Anyone 60 or older can play from white tees

Ball may be moved one club length in your own fairway. All other USGA rules apply. If you are unsure of a rule please ask other players in your foursome.

YOU MAY RAKE AND PLACE YOUR BALL IN ALL BUNKERS, NO CLOSER TO THE HOLE.

NO GIMMES. Putt everything out!!!!! No MULLIGANS.

Pick up your ball if you can no longer score points on a hole!

SKINS
The weekly skins pot will be split evenly between the total # of skins won each week. If no skins are awarded on a given week the money will carry over to the next week. If you were not present on the week the skins carried over then you must pay an extra $5 to get into the skins pot.

PRIZES

The top 10 players with the best overall total at the end of the season will be awarded gift certificates according to how they finish in the standing(ties will be combined and split)

We will use your best 9 scores for spring league to determine you year end total. 

Weekly Prizes

The top 15 + places (based on field size) each week will be paid in gift certificates from Golf Galaxy or Dick's Sporting Goods. Ties will be broken on the score card. A blind draw will determine which hole the playoff starts. After this is established we will proceed in order. (The pot is determined by the number of players each week.)

Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pins on all the par 3's longest putt on 9 and 18 each week.
