Please write on your check; Age Division, Team Name and the Tournament the payment is for.

One check, money order or cashiers check should be written for EACH tournament but only one Super Series roster needs to be accompanied with the payments.

Divisions with wait list, teams registered and waiting payment, their payments need to be received by 5p on the 2nd Wednesday (10 DAYS) prior to the tournament. All wait list teams are encouraged to mail in their payment and will be advised by 5p on the 2nd Thursday prior to the tournament on their participation in the tournament.
