- Full Refund:
- If a participant withdraws before the program starts, they are eligible for a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
- Pro-rated Refund:
- If a participant withdraws within the first three weeks of the program, they are eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the number of weeks program completed. The refund will be calculated as follows:
- Withdrawal in Week 1: 75% refund of the total fee.
- Withdrawal in Week 2: 50% refund of the total fee.
- Withdrawal in Week 3: 25% refund of the total fee.
- No Refund:
- If a participant withdraws after the end of Week 3, no refund will be given.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- Any materials or equipment fees are non-refundable once distributed.
- Request for Refund:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the program administrator. The effective date of withdrawal is the date the written request is received.
- Special Circumstances:
- In cases of severe illness or family emergency, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the program director.
Example Calculation:
If a participant withdraws at the end of Week 2 and the total program fee is $100:
- Initial Fee: $100
- Administrative Fee: $10
- Pro-rated Refund: 50% of the remaining amount ($90), which equals $45.
