Cheer teams are as follows:

Instructional: Grades K & 1 (1st year cheerleading)

Mini-Mites/Mighty Mites: Grades 1 (2nd year cheering) & 2

Mites: Grades 3-4

Pee Wees: Grades 5-6**

Midgets: Grades 7-8**

**Towns that have 25 or less athletes registered in their Midget and Pee Wee levels without tryouts can combine these levels and compete in a separate division called Mixed Cheer.
