Kalispell Babe Ruth (KBR) Baseball was formed in the 1950’s as a recreational baseball league that offers competitive team play for area youth ages 13-15 years old and is chartered under Babe Ruth Baseball. Our players range from those that are moving up from Kalispell Pee Wee/Cal Ripken league (12 and under) and those that are brand new to the sport. The purpose of KBR is to maintain and promote baseball activities for the greater community.
KBR was given the opportunity to play on two amazing baseball fields that were built as a part of the greater Kidsports Complex master plan. We play on 90’ bases and 60’ 6” pitching mound distance and follow the rules of Babe Ruth Baseball. KBR is made up of an all volunteer and active Board of Directors. In addition to offering two recreational leagues – Parent (13-15 year old) and 13-Prep (13 year olds only) league – KBR offers a more competitive team experience at the end of the regular season where they play exclusively tournament competition baseball that represents Kalispell 13u, 14u, and 15u teams.
