2017 POLICY
-If a team withdraws from a tournament for any reason prior to registration deadline, but within 90 days of a tournament's start date, entry fees refunded minus $100 administrative fee.
-If a team withdraws from a tournament for any reason, after the registration deadline, all entry fees are non-refundable.
-Cancelled tournament (not weather-related) by MCST - 100% refund.
If any portion of a Midwest Collegiate Showcase Tour (MCST) tournament is cancelled due to the weather and/or facility related issues, the following is our cancellation policy for 2017:
Weather Related Cancellation - 5-Game Guarantee Events
-0 games played - 100% credit towards a future MCST event.
-1 game started - 75% credit towards a future MCST event.
-2 games started - 50% credit towards a future MCST event.
-3 games started - 25% credit towards a future MCST event.
Weather Related Cancellation - 4-Game Guarantee Events
-0 games played - 100% credit towards a future MCST event.
-1 game started - 50% credit towards a future MCST event.
-2 games started - 25% credit towards a future MCST event.
Weather Related Cancellation - 3-Game Guarantee Events
-0 games played - 100% credit towards a future MCST event.
-1 game started - 50% credit towards a future MCST event.
"Future Event" can be an event on the current 2017 schedule, OR, at any scheduled 2018 event.
All team coaches/program directors must sign off on their understanding of/agreement to, MCST policies for a registration to be considered complete.
