The mission of the Northwood Softball Baseball Association ( NSBA ) is to instill in the youth of the Town of Northwood that the winning of games is of secondary importance to the primary objective, which is the development of good sportsmanship, loyalty, teamwork and responsibility to and respect for others and self.
