Volunteer Duties for Matches/Meets

Home Matches:

Set-up/Clean-up Duties:

·      Set-up for Match: Arrive at 5:30 PM. Set-up tables, chairs, scoreboards, and wrestling mats.

·      Clean-up after Match: Put away tables, chairs, scoreboard, and wrestling mats. Pick-up garbage.

Table Worker Duties:

·      Table Score Keeper: Keep score for each match.

·      Table Time Keeper: Run the clock for each match.

·      Table Towel Keeper: Throw the towel in at the end of each period for each match.

·      Mat Runner: Locate wrestlers for their upcoming match.

Concession Stand Duties:

·      Concession Stand Workers: Run the concession stand.

Away Matches:

Table Worker Duties:

• Table Score Keeper:  Keep score for each match.
• Table Time Keeper:  Run the clock for each match.
• Table Towel Keeper:  Throw the towel in at the end of each period for each match.
• Mat Runner: Locate wrestlers for their upcoming match at a mat.
