Welcome to the Red River Adult Baseball League (RRABL). Based in Shreveport, Louisiana, we are a baseball league for mature and responsible adults affiliated with the national Men's Senior Baseball League organization. We have two player requirements. First, players must be finished with their college playing careers to play in our league. Second, you must be at least three years removed from affiliated professional ball to participate in the RRABL.
We have two age divisions, 18 and older and 30 and older. The 18+ league plays 14 games and the 30+ division plays a 12-game schedule. We have teams and players that represent North Louisiana, East Texas, and Southern Arkansas (the region known locally as the Ark-La-Tex). The 2009 season was the first year we operated as the RRABL after serving as the Shreveport-Bossier Men's Senior Baseball League since 1993. We are a wood bat league that plays primarily on the weekends from late-April to Labor Day.
Players can register anytime and join even if the season has already begun. Please contact league president David Pratt at (318) 773-9710 or email redriverbaseball@gmail.com for more information. Individual players or entire teams (entire teams can only be added prior to the season) may join. Players of all skill levels are welcome. No interested player will be turned away (as long as a player's lack of skill doesn't put them at serious risk of danger) .
Please fill out our Interested Player form (located towards the top right corner of our welcome page or you can click on the "Forms" tab located on this page, and then click "Online Forms") and a league representative will contact you as soon as possible. If you know you want to play for sure, please fill out the Summer Registration form.
