HOW CAN I RESOLVE ANY ISSUES I HAVE DURING THE SEASON?

While we strive for a pleasant and positive experience for both you and your child, we recognize that from time to time issues may arise. Should you have an issue please start with your manager in an effort to resolve it. If there is not a satisfactory resolution you should then go the the age group chairperson. Should the issue still be unresolved it will then be taken to the Commissioner who will try to resolve it himself or he may take it to the Executive Board for resolution. A final stop on the chain of command would be the Recreation Council itself.

Please keep in mind that an open line of communication between the manager and the players/families will prevent most issues from happening in the first place.

You can always attend our monthly meetings to voice your concerns as well.
