$335.00 (INCLUDES THE $45.00 A S A REGISTRATION) (8 WEEK AVERAGE SEASON NO TOURNAMENT)
2020 SPRING SEASON:
$375.00 (INCLUDES THE $45.00 A S A REGISTRATION-$330 returning team) (10 WEEK AVERAGE SEASON WITH TOURNAMENT)
2020 FALL SEASON:
$375.00 (INCLUDES THE $45.00 A S A REGISTRATION-$330 returning team) (10 WEEK AVERAGE SEASON WITH TOURNAMENT)
SEASON DURATION DEPENDANT ON THE NUMBER OF TEAMS
ASA Fees are annual and paid once per year during your first season of the year
LEAGUE FEE CHECKS ARE PAYABLE TO THE (CITY OF SANFORD)
CHECKS, CASH AND MONEY ORDER ARE ACCEPTABLE. Credit cards at the Recreation Office only.
** ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTING YOUR TEAM REGISTRATION FORMS.
REGISTRATION WILL BE TAKEN ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS UNTIL ALL LEAGUE SLOTS ARE FULL.

The Sanford Softball League
The City of Sanford Softball League has been around since the late 60's. Started as a recreational men's league for players of all abilities. Our league is open for men and women 16 years or older, and who are residents of the City of Sanford and the surrounding areas.
Far beyond the many years of fierce competition, slo-pitch softball generates a sense of fellowship amongst teammates and opposing players. There is a certain bond amongst them that leads to some great friendships. Some say that this camaraderie is unique to the sport.
This is a great way to spend an evening or two a week in the park, rekindling your youthful exuberance, and making new friends. We share laughs on the field, in the dugout and even more at our post game celebrations. Many of our members review the highlights of their game over refreshments and munchies afterwards
We offer several adult softball leagues throughout the year, leagues are made up into two leagues, Church and Semi-Coed Recreational Leagues.
All leagues are sanctioned by the ASA. First place teams will receive champion's t-shirts.
Softball teams are accepted on a first come-first served basis. Your team must have a completed registration form and have paid all necessary fees to be considered registered. There will be no Summer Season of softball.

The City of Sanford Softball League has implemented a policy of zero tolerance in relation to the consumption of alcoholic beverages by Sanford Softball League members before, during or after any league game(s) or other City of Sanford function or event, which takes place in or at the park or facilities, including adjoining parking facilities, licensed to the City of Sanford (the “Alcohol Policy”) and that if a written complaint is received by the City of Sanford Recreation Department Supervisor from any member of the public or from Sanford Softball League members, which involves an alleged breach of the Alcohol Policy by a Sanford Softball League members, the City of Sanford Recreation Department is fully empowered to investigate the complaint and impose such penalties and/or sanctions against the breaching members and/or member’s team, which may include, without limitation, financial fines, forfeit of game points and individual or team suspension or expulsion from the SRD Softball League, as deemed necessary by the Supervisor
