Membership Chairperson shall:~Contact prospective members and promote general interest in membership in this organization.
~Assume and exercise all duties when the Vice President is absent.
~Telephone all members of the organization as well as parents of team players to keep them advised of any special needs of the organization or special functions in which their support is requested.
~Maintain a database of players, parents, volunteers and sponsors.
Chairperson of Fund Raising shall:~Coordinate & lead fund-raising activities of the organization.
~Establish committees for each event & follow through with team to ensure successful event
~Keep financial records of all incoming & outgoing events to be given to treasurer at the end of event
~Current fund-raising events for program include Cookie dough sales, Golf Tournament, Blitz ticket sales, Pop Warner Camp, Mom’s Clinic & Big Red Letter Drive.
Chairperson of Publicity shall:~Develop & organize program for weekly sales at home games
~Gene – All Sports Media is production company for program
Chairperson of Spirit Wear shall:~This chairperson will be in charge of selection and purchasing “spirit wear” for sales at games and football related events. Spirit wear includes t-shirts, sweatshirts, blankets, hats, pins, jewelry etc.
~Responsible for organization of sales at each event
~All accounting of proceeds are to be verified by two people and turned over to the Treasurer, or any other elected officer, at the close of the event.
Chairperson of the Snack Bar shall:~In charge of inventory, purchase, and sale of all concession products.
~The concession stand is to be operational at all home games or as needed to meet season schedule.
~All accounting of proceeds are to be verified by two people and turned over to the Treasurer, or any other elected officer, at the close of the event.
Chairperson of the Player Feeds shall:~Organize menus, order food, provide delivery and get volunteers for game feeds including sack lunches within the budget provided by the board.
Chairperson of Pop Warner Activities shall:~Act as liason between Pop Warner and Vista Football to include organizing all aspects of Pop Warner Camp and Pop Warner Night.
