To see the concession stand schedule click Calendars on the main menu and then click the arrow next to Game Schedules and select Parents Concession Stand.

NEW CONCESSION STAND POLICIY

All players MUST have a parent/guardian work the concession stand for at least one full game plus any additional innings. This is per player, so if you have 3 kids you will have to work 3 full games plus any additional innings for each team. The number of games and innings depend on the number of home games and number of players on the team.

Example: There are 12 kids on the team with 8 home games. We need 2 parents in the stand per game. So 8x2=16 - 12( 1 full game per kid)= 4 games remaining. 4 games x 6 innings = 24 innings / 12 players = 2 additional innings per parent. So 2 parents will work the 1st & 2nd inning, 2 more parents will work the 3rd & 4th innings and 2 more parents will work the 5th & 6th innings.

We will post a Parents Concession Stand Schedule on our website, at the concession stand and the coaches will hand out schedules to the players.
THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL. IF YOU DON'T SHOW UP TO WORK THE CONCESSION STAND ON YOUR SCHEDULED DAY YOUR CHILD WILL NOT PLAY.
This is our fundraiser that pays for the umpires, league fees, field maintenance, taxes and many other expenses.We put ALOT of time into making this league available and enjoyable for your kids and we are only asking you to put in a couple of hours to help out.

If you have a problem with the day you are scheduled to work you can:
1) You can switch days with other parents.
2) We are working on an option that you can pay a $20.00 fee and we will hire someone to cover for you(This option will require a mim 7 day notice)
3) You can also make arrangements to have someone over 16 years of age cover for you. You are still responsible for that person showing up.

If you choose any of these options please speak with the concession stand mananger so they can record it on the master schedule that will be posted at the concession stand.
