BAY AREA SHOWCASE---- OCTOBER 21ST WEEKEND  2017 

YOU CAN GO TO BAY AREA SHOWCASE AND THEY HAVE A LIST OF MARRIOTTS TO STAY AT We are looking into the buyout clause at this tournament as well.

SOME OFFER BREAKFAST AND SOME DO NOT. WE ARE CONSIDERING A 400 DOLLAR BUYOUT ON ROOM REQUIREMENT HOWEVER THE BAY AREA HOTEL ROOMS ARE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE. 

city OF LIGHTS IN LAS VEGAS OCTOBER 27TH THRU 29TH 2017 We have done the buyout on hotel requirement for this tournament. You are on your own for lodging. Our first games will probably be starting at 1pm on Friday and 1pm on Saturday.If you sign up for their camp the camp starts at 8 am Friday saturday and Sunday..

PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A FRIDAY AND SATURDAY SHOWCASE WITH GAMES STARTING AT 1PM BOTH DAYS

THEY HAVE ROOMS AT THE RIO AND CIRCUS CIRCUS AND YOU CAN GO TO TRIPLE CROWN SPORTS AND FIND CITY OF LIGHTS # 1 AND GO TO LODGING PARTNERS TO GET HOTEL INFORMATION.

USA Preps Nationals November 10th to 12th   You must go to USA Preps Website and Book through them at HBC. I have blocked some rooms for the team so you can use the blocks as well

Blocks expire Sept 16th We will need a minimum of 20 nights booked. Please do this asap
