HOW TO OBTAIN USA FOOTBALL MEMBERSHIP:
Coaches must use their club’s code during registration or renewal of their Coach Account so you can track their certification status, and so they receive the discount on their Heads Up Football® accounts. Coaches are able to use this template. Simply find your team and insert the promo code that's associated with your team.
