Eric will enter his eighth year as head coach of the Lake Villa Cyclones this upcoming summer of 2019. He is currently serving as the head JV baseball coach at Lakes Community High School. As a player at  Lakes Community High School in 2008 and 2009, Eric was a two time NSC All Conference and Lake County All Area selection along with being named the team's offensive MVP both years on varsity. In 2011 Eric played at the College of Lake County on a baseball scholarship. As a member of the Eureka College Red Devils (2012-2013), Eric was named to the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference's (SLIAC) All Conference Team.  Along with this playing experience, he has been working for the Bulls Whitesox Academy for the past 8 summers conducting area baseball camps.. In the spring of 2014 he served as an assistant baseball coach at Eureka College in Eureka, IL. .   He is an IHSA patched umpire and has been umpiring travel and high school baseball games all throughout the Lake County area for the past 9 years. He also gives private lessons and serves as a baseball instructor at Chicagoland Baseball Academy in Niles, IL.  Lastly he is currently a special education teacher at Lakes Community High School.
