TOURNAMENT NOTES
Once a deadline has passed NO other teams will be permitted to enter. This will allow for schedules to be sent out ASAP following the passing of deadlines and will limit the number of changes that need to be made, furthering the ability for teams to plan and prepare accordingly (exception – if a team withdraws after the deadline).
All teams, regardless of home town or tournament host location, are to be prepared to play as early as 9:00 AM Friday morning. This is as a result of schedules being decided via a random draw and no longer based on geography. This will limit the number of double headers needed by all teams, as well as create as much flex time as possible in the event of inclement weather later in the weekend.
