GIRLS CAPTURE 2nd PLACE IN SAN DIEGO.

The girls won 2nd place in the San Diego Sabers tournament held in El Cajon. The won their first two games and Saturday and battled hard to win game three on Sunday.

The last game of the weekend was quick and physical. Being down two players the ladies found themselves in a tight battle. After a "see-saw" battle the EBO team hit a shot late in the game to take the lead by two points. The lady Rebels got the ball back with seconds remaining. Beth Espinoza drove to the basket and was fouled for a two shot free throw. Beth missed the first and made the second. and time ran out. The Rebels lost by one.

Many "Thanks" to all of the parents and families who were out to support and helped to put together an outstanding FAMILY BAR B QUE"! Thanks to all of our coaches! GREAT JOB TO ALL OF THE RUNNING REBELS!!!
