2016 AAABA WORLD SERIES UPDATE
Congratulations to the Zanesville Jr. Pioneers for winning the 2016 AAABA Collegiate World Series in Johnstown, PA. The Columbus Jets also participated in the tournament going 2-2. CONGRATULATIONS! Jr. Pioneers.
2016 TOURNAMENT UPDATE
Congratulations to the Chillicothe Capitals for winning the Association Championship! Thanks to all the players, coaches, umpires, parents, and fans who made the playoffs and championship rounds a great success. CONGRATULATIONS! Capitals.
2015 AAABA WORLD SERIES UPDATE
Congratulations to the Columbus Jets for going 2-2 in the AAABA Collegiate World Series in Johnstown, PA. The Jets were also awarded the Team Sportsmanship Award for the tournament. Highlights included a marquee matchup with the Host Johnstown Martella's in front of a crowd of 9,324 on Monday August 10 as well as wins over New York and Michigan and a loss in the elimination game versus the eventual national champion New Orleans.
2015 TOURNAMENT UPDATE

Congratulations to the Zanesville Jr. Pioneers and the Columbus Jets for winning their respective league pool play. The two teams will meet in the best 2 out of 3 OICBA Championship round beginning Wednesday July 22, at 6:00pm, at Dublin Coffman HS. Good luck to both teams!
2015 SEASON UPDATE
The OICBA has grow again in 2015 with the addition of two new teams, the Miami Valley Wolverines and the Columbus Saberkats. Both teams add talent, depth, and footptint to the association as well as the Columbus Collegiate and Central Ohio Collegiate Leagues. Please click on the TEAMS tab to the left for updated association and league makeup.
2015 Players please contact the league soon to be placed on a team for next summer. Eligible are:
- Current collegiate players with remaining eligibility
- 2015 graduating high school seniors that will be enrolled to play collegiate ball
- 2015 graduating collegiate seniors who played collegiate ball
- Additionally each team is afforded three exemptions for players that are 24 years old or younger that are still pursuing a professional career and need a team to improve their skills.

2014 SEASON WRAPUP
Congratulations to the Mansfield JABC with a 12-7 win over the Columbus Jets in the Championship Game of the OICBA tournament. Thanks to all teams, team managers, fans, and umpires for a great season and a great tournament. Good luck to all players as they return to their schools for the start of fall ball.
2014 AAABA NATIONAL TOURNAMENT
Congratulations to the Des Plains Patriots from Chicago, IL, the 2014 AAABA National Champions. The Philadelphia Bandits were the runners-up in an exciting final series. The Columnbus Jets went 1-2 in the tournament highlighted by a night game with the host Johnstown Martella's. The Zanesville Jr. Pioneers also attended the tournament going 0-2. The OICBA (Columbus Collegiate League and Central Ohio League) are proud franchise holders in the national AAABA organization.
2014 SEASON of GROWTH
The 2014 season brings growth for the region with the addition of several new teams from the Central Ohio area. Teams from Licking County and Canal Winchester strengthens the associations footprint, provides new competition, and provides more opportunities for Central Ohio collegiate players returning home for the summer.
The Association will have two leagues, the Columbus Collegiate League and the Central Ohio Collegiate League. Each of the leagues teams will play each other equally and all will be inlcuded in the Association's Post Season Tournament.
2014 PLAYER OPPORTUNITIES

2013 AAABA NATIONAL TOURNAMENT
Congratulations to Youse's Orioles from Baltimore, MD, the 2013 AAABA National Champions. Delweld Baseball from Johnstown, PA were the runners-up in an exciting final series. Ryan Ripken (son of Cal Ripken, Jr) from Baltimore won the RBI award and was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player. Joe Ferguson from Zanesville, OH was named the AAABA tournament batting champion and the Rams from Brooklyn, NY won the team sportsmanship award. The OICBL is a proud franchise holder in the national AAABA organization.
2013 SEASON WRAPUP
Congratulations to the Columbus Jets with a 3-1 win over the Columbus Cobras in the Championship Game of the OICBL tournament. The pitching was very good on both sides of the ball with Ryan Jacobs (4-1) going the distance for the Jets. Thanks to all teams, team managers, fans, and umpires for a great season and a great tournament. Good luck to all players as they return to their schools for the start of fall ball.
2013 SEASON FINAL STANDINGS
With a 5-3 win over the Zanesville Greyhounds on the final day of the season, the Columbus Jets earned the regular season championship of the Ohio Independent Collegiate Baseball League. Please see the STANDINGS Tab for the final standings and tournment seeds.
2012 SEASON WRAPUP
The Ohio Independent Collegiate Baseball League congratulates the Gahanna Rockets on winning the 2012 OICBL League Championship with a 5-0 win over the Columbus Hawks in the Championship Game.
2012 AAABA WORLD SERIES
The Ohio Independent Collegiate Baseball League's Columbus Hawks participated in the AAAABA National World Series in Johnstown, PA, August 6-12. The Hawks went 2-2 in the double elimination tournament beating AAABA powerhouse teams Philadelphia and Altoona. The Hawks lost to the eventual National Champion, New Brunswick, NJ.
