Drafted Division Refund Policy

A uniform fee of $60.00 will be charged for canceled registrations.

A player can receive a refund if the request is made before the tryout date, excluding the uniform fee.

Requests made after the draft but no later than one week following the draft will be eligible for a 50% refund, excluding the uniform fee.

No refunds will be given after one week following the draft.

Appeals can be made to the Board after that date.

Refunds do not include credit card processing fees (NOTE: Transaction processing fees: 10%, and $30 for any chargebacks)
AAA Intact Division Refund Policy

Teams are eligible to receive a full refund if the team is leaving the WBL and the request is made before the first WBL Coaches meeting.

Requests made after the first WBL Coaches meeting is eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be given starting March 1st

Appeals can be made to the Board after that date.

Refunds do not include credit card processing fees and will be made via check.
