Drafted Division Refund Policy

  • A uniform fee of $60.00 will be charged for canceled registrations.
  • A player can receive a refund if the request is made before the tryout date, excluding the uniform fee.
  • Requests made after the draft but no later than one week following the draft will be eligible for a 50% refund, excluding the uniform fee.
  • No refunds will be given after one week following the draft.
  • Appeals can be made to the Board after that date.
  • Refunds do not include credit card processing fees (NOTE: Transaction processing fees: 10%, and $30 for any chargebacks)
AAA Intact Division Refund Policy
  • Teams are eligible to receive a full refund if the team is leaving the WBL and the request is made before the first WBL Coaches meeting.
  •  Requests made after the first WBL Coaches meeting is eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be given starting March 1st

  • Appeals can be made to the Board after that date.

  • Refunds do not include credit card processing fees and will be made via check.
