We are very excited to announce that we have a new text alert program for program participants and facility users to sign up for.   Please copy and paste the information below and send to your team managers / players / coaches etc. or put on your website.

Sign up for text and email alerts for free!

Don’t be left in the dark when it comes to cancellations, delays and more!

1. Go to: https://rainoutline.com/search/dnis/8022770771

2. On the left hand side, click the “Email & Text Alert” link.

3. There are four tabs: Mobile App, Email, Text, Unsubscribe

*You may select the Mobile App or Email or Text or any 2 or all 3*

*Make sure you select all the sports you would like to follow*

A. Mobile App: After installing the RainoutLine.com 2017 app, search for Brattleboro Recreation and Parks Department.  Select Mens Softball and/or Adult Co-ed Softball. 

B. Email: Add your email address, how long you would like to receive notifications, and what sports you would like.  Then hit submit at the bottom. You will then receive a verification code sent to your email address – type the code into the website and then click submit.

C. Text: Add your phone number, how long you would like to receive notifications, and what sports you would like.  Click in the box saying “I agree to the terms above” then hit submit at the bottom. Your cell phone will receive a verification code. Enter that code in the website and then click submit.

**Once the code is verified you will then receive an alert of any cancellations, delays or changes in the normal schedule**

All softball alerts from the Rec Dept will be sent by 3:30pm.

Alerts after 3:30pm will be sent from the League or the umpires at the field.  To receive these alerts via text, text BRATTSOFTBALL to 84483. Text STOP to be removed. Msg&data rates may apply.
