Welcome to the 2024/25 Basketball Rec League! Here’s what you need to know:
League Divisions
- Mini-Hoopers: 1st & 2nd Graders - coed
- Girls League: 3rd-5th Graders
- Boys League: 3rd-5th Graders
Registration Details
- Open October 29th - November 18th
- Cost: $30, includes a free basketball for each player!
Season Structure
- December: Clinics December 17, 18, 19 to help players get ready for the season
- January: Boys grades 3-5 begin January 20th, mini-hoopers and girls start week of January 20th
- Games: On Saturdays
- Duration: 8 weeks
Practices and Clinics
- Practices will be held twice weekly at JWE in Gladstone
- Additional skill-building clinics led by a Guest Clinic Coach
Game Day
- Games will be managed by the Oregon City Youth Basketball League
- Special Opportunity: Teams may play at halftime during a high school game to encourage community involvement
Communication We’ll keep you updated on practice times, game schedules, and any additional details throughout the season.
Coaches We are looking for coaches that would be available for the 8 week season - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - Training provided
