Most clubs use 2024 MM files and purge then reset dates & opponents, be sure not to use a 2021 MM file due to 19yo events. The blank template above can be used as well.
Be sure to:
Start by doing a 'Save As New' version of this file using M1 through M6 depending on which of the six dual meet dates you need, put in the the teams using TeamA at TeamB format and the date. Also do not leave spaces in the file name, the website can't handle that, so to make the webmaster's job easier 'M1_ClubA_at_ClubB_June_16_2025' is the preferred format.
In Meet Setup window, enter Home/Away teams, meet date, meet entry dates and location info
After importing entries from both teams, in the Seeding Preferences>Dual Meets window assign appropriate lanes (fastest heats only)
Under Setup Preferences go to the Entry/Scoring Preferences and then Entries/Entry Limits there is a date field "Entries must have been performed on or after". Early in the season, you may want to set this date to June 15, 2024 to pull in all 2024 times and avoid NT entries. However, this must be set to 6/13/2025 after the June 30 meets as A/B Final Entry Seed MUST be from 2025 NSSL dual or mini-meets
In the Report Preferences > Printer Setup window be sure to change to assign your onsite printer
When Exporting MM Results files to send to NSSLComputers@gmail.com, BE SURE to include both teams in the results to have times entered in top 16 database and for swimmers to get NSSL meet attendance credit. Also provide a pdf file of results along with the meet score. If the correct files are not provided, posting of meet results on the NSSL website will be delayed.
